Outpatient Therapy is intended to:

Provide flexible, accessible support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs

Help individuals build coping skills and improve day-to-day functioning

Offer a safe space to explore challenges and set personal goals

Support ongoing growth through in-person or Telehealth sessions that fit your schedule

Prevent the necessity of higher levels of care such as Intensive In-Home Services, and out-of-home placements (i.e., psychiatric hospital, therapeutic foster care, and residential treatment facility)
