We are currently hiring and contracting for the following positions:
Job Description: Licensed or provisionally licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) therapist needed for full time outpatient therapy position working with children and adolescents in a school and community setting.
Services include, but are not limited to, the following services:
- Individual counseling and support to occur mainly during school hours.
- Group counseling and support to occur mainly during school hours
- Family counseling, training or support, to occur before or after school hours
- Initial intake and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
- Case management and care coordination required to include: monthly CFT meetings, attendance at school-based MH meetings, and regular communication with school personnel, teachers, and school counselors, other duties as assigned
- Community-based sessions depending on needs of families and clients served
- Electronic documentation submitted within 24 hours of services rendered
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in human service related field
- Provisional or full licensure as one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- providing mental health services to children and adolescents
- Competency with individual, group, and family therapy
- Credentialed with Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield
- In NCTRACK
- Professional Liability Insurance
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Familiarity with working with children and adolescents
- Location: This position is primarily school and community-based, and clinicians will be assigned to one or two schools within Orange County Schools, or Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools
- Must consent to a criminal background check

Office Outpatient Therapists
This position is office-based and provides outpatient mental health therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in our Chapel Hill, Pittsboro and Siler City offices.
This is a contract position and is paid at a flat hourly rate with opportunities for bonus pay.
Therapist can become eligible for W2 status once they reach at least 25 clients weekly.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in human service related field
- Full licensure as one of the following: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT
- Providing mental health services to children and adolescents and adults
- Competency with individual, group, and family therapy
- Credentialed with Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, Alliance and Blue Cross Blue Shield
- In NCTRACKS
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Company credentialing with MCO's is provided
*Hourly Flat Rate to W2 Salary: Commensurate with license and experience
